| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 03, 2011, inter alia, have re-appointed Shri B K Agarwalla as Chairman and Whole time Director, Shri S C Agarwalla, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and Sri Subodh Agarwalla, as Whole time Director and Chief Operating Officer, for further period of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2011 and increased the remuneration of Shri Aditya Agarwalla, Whole time Director and Chief Financial officer. The re-appointment and increase in remuneration are subject to approval of Members of the Company. |
