| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2013.
Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the Trading Window in respect of the Company's Securities will remain closed from February 03, 2014 and none of the Directors and Designated Persons and/or their dependants shall deal in securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window which shall be 24 hours after the results are made public. |
