Regarding your query about the financial results is not as per Schedule III -March 2017 Quarter/Year, we wish to reply as follows:
There is no qualified Audit Report and further it is unmodified opinion from the Auditors. The declaration has been filed by us as per the circular.
Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31.3.2017 is in line with the SEBI (LODR) Regulations. The Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules 2015 becomes applicable to our Company only from 1st April 2017. Hence the format will be applicable only from first quarter 2017only.
