| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kapashi Commercial Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 07, 2011 inter alia, have transacted the following:
1. Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and Report of the Board of Directors' and Auditors' thereon and Secretarial Compliance Certificate were approved and adopted.
2. Mr. Paresh S. Kapashi, who retired by rotation has been re-appointed as Director.
3. Mr. Sevantilal S. Kapashi, who retired by rotation has been re-appointed as Director.
4. M/s. D. V. Vora & Co., Chartered Accountants have been re-appointed as Auditors of the Company. |
