In this connection, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the company from 23 August, 2017 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 29 August, 2017.
