At the said Meeting the shareholders appointed Messrs S. R. B. C. & Co., Chartered Accountants, a network firm of Messrs S. R. Batliboi & Co., as Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. Messrs S. R. B. C. & Co., Chartered Accountants has accepted such appointment by their letter dated July 31, 2012. |
