    TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company which is closed till December 04, 2016 shall further remain closed for the purpose of board meeting to be held on December 12, 2016.

    Further to intimate that Trading Window would remain closed till 48 hours after the intimation of outcome of board meeting dated December 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
