| Exchange Disseminated Time | Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 and any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
Further, that as per the Code of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from August 03, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
