| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2006, have approved the following:
1. Declaration of dividend @ 35% on equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
2. Appointment of Ms. Esha Arya as director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. One Bonus Share of Rs 5/- each for One equity Share of Rs 5/- each held.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company is setting up its new and third plant at Manesar. The Plant shall be operational by September 2006. The Company is expected to record more than 12% growth in net sales in current financial year. |
