Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Prevention of Insider Trading Rules, 2015 adopted by the Company and Section 195 of Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for trading in the Securities of the Company by Directors, Officers, KMP's, Designated Persons from the close of business hour on July 22, 2016 to the close of business hour on August 01, 2016, on account of Board meeting of the Company to be convened on July 30, 2016. |
