| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/02/2018 10:57:06 | Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2017 and to consider declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2017-2018.
Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for the Insiders covered under the Company's 'Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders" would commence from 6:00 p.m. on February 05, 2018 and end 48 hours after Unaudited financial results as above and declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2017-2018, if any, being made Public on February 14, 2018. |
