| Exchange Disseminated Time | Den Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2013, inter alia, have considered and approved, subject to approval of the shareholders:
1. Issue of securities, constituting up to 26% of the Company’s paid-up share capital, in accordance with applicable laws, including the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, is amended.
2. Ratify the increase in FIIs limits to such extent as may be permissible under Indian Laws. |
