| Exchange Disseminated Time | MT Educare Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (limited reviewed results) for the quarter / nine months period ended on December 31, 2013.
Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, the ‘'trading window' for trading in the Company’s securities shall remain closed from January 10, 2014 till February 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purpose of declaration of quarterly financial results. |
