| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the following Ordinary Resolutions, with requisite majority:
1. Authorization to the Board of Directors of the Company to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the whole or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in Super D Unit at Udumalpet, Tirupur District.
2. Authorization to the Board of Directors of the Company to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the whole or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in the Garments Division functioning under the name and style of Sara Apparels and Fashions at Thekkalur, Coimbatore and Netaji Apparel Park, New Tirupur, Tirupur District. |
