| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters :
1. To consider and approve the proposal of change in name of the Company to "STL Limited" or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
2. To consider and approve the proposal of shifting of the registered office of the Company within the same state.
In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from December 24, 2015 to December 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
