| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/07/2016 19:01:24 | Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 08, 2016, has appointed Shri Harin Pathak, Shri G. M. Inamdar and Shr, Bharatkumar Barot as Non-Official Directors (Independent Directors) on the Board of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Information as required under Regulation 30-Para A of Schedule III of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith.
Further, the Board of Directors also accorded the approval for issue of commercial paper in one or more tranches for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1000 Crore. |
