The Board placed on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. Anil Khandekar during his tenure.
On the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2016 subject to approval of the Members of the Company and Central Government, if any, has approved the appointment of Mr. Prashant Mahindrakar, as ‘Manager designated as Chief Executive Officer’ (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company to be effective from January 15, 2017. |
