| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2014, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from February 01, 2014 till 24 hours after the declaration of results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2013.
Accordingly, all the Directors and designated employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading window as stated above. |
