| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/12/2016 12:35:11 | JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on December 27, 2016 the following decision, inter-alia, was taken:
1. Raising of long term funds through the issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs. 750 crore by way of Private Placement
The Board has approved the raising of funds upto Rs. 750 crore, through the issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures by way of Private Placement and has authorized the Finance Committee to decide on all matters relating to the proposed issuance of the Debentures including finalization and approval of the detailed terms of issue.
The issue proceeds would be used for the general corporate purposes, business operations, working capital and repayment of existing debt of the Company.
The meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 12:15 p.m. |
