| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/10/2015 12:43:26 | Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 for ail Specified Persons (Including Directors) from October 29, 2015 and shall remain closed upto November 07, 2015. Accordingly all the Specified Persons (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
