Ltd., Singapore which is not a material Subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, at its meeting held on 13th May, 2017 ('the Meeting') has decided to opt for exemption from submission of quarterly and year-to-date consolidated financial results for every quarter except the last quarter of the financial year 2017-18, to the Stock Exchanges.
An extract of the Resolution passed by the Board of Directors at the Meeting for the aforesaid purpose is attached herewith the covering letter of the Company for your kind perusal and records.
