| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/09/2016 17:05:57 | Capri Global Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider:
1. Issue of Non-convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis; and
2. Sub-division of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
The aforesaid proposal(s), if approved by the Board, shall be subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
Further, pursuant to Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain Closed from September 22, 2016 to October 12, 2016 (both days inclusive), who have already been informed of the same. |
