1. Employee Stock Option Scheme for the Employees of the Company Titled as “Indian Acrylics Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2016 (IAL-ESOS 2016)" framed in accordance with provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
2. Formation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Spain for warehousing and marketing of Acrylic Yarn and other products of the Company. |
