PAS 4 private placement offer letter (pursuant to Section 42 and rule 14(1) of Companies (prospectus and allotment of securities) Rules, 2014) for the preferential issue of 10000000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 40/- per share on preferential basis to the promoter company, Shriram Industrial Holdings Ltd. |
