1. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per share for the year 2013-2014. (50% on face value of Rs. 2/-) on the Equity Shares of the Company.
2. Reappointment of Mr. S Sambhu Prasad as the Managing Director of the Company for further period of 5 years commencing from April 01, 2014 to March 31, 2019 subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot. |
