| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/09/2016 17:56:39 | Ankit Metal & Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 13, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “trading window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from September 06, 2016 till September 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange.
