| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to news item appeared on leading news channel on February 04, 2014 reporting that "Promoters and key stake holder looking to exit the company by selling stake, and they are in talks with international shipping companies to sell the stake", Global Offshore Services Ltd has clarified to BSE that as follows:
"1. To the best of knowledge of the Company, (i) the news item that appeared m ET Now News Channel dated February 04, 2014 is "incorrect". The Promoters have no plans to exit by selling their stake to any International Shipping Company; (ii) no negotiation for stake sale by the promoters has taken place.
2. The Company / undersigned is "not aware of any information" that has "not" been announced to the Exchanges, which could explain the movement in the trading of the shares.
3. Please note that the Company has at all times, promptly and in accordance with clause 36 of the Listing Agreement intimated the exchange of all events and supplied all information that has had a bearing on the performance and operations of the Company, including all price sensitive information." |
