| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/10/2016 18:31:12 | Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on October 06, 2016, inter-alia to consider the proposal for the allotment of Redeemable Preference Shares and Non-convertible Debentures on private placement basis at an issue price as may be decided thereon.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for said purpose, for all the directors and designated persons of the Company with effect from October 04, 2016 till 48 hrs after the announcement of the outcome of the Baord Meeting. |
