    Sub: Applicability of Indian Accounting Standard as per Circular No: CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016
    Kindly note that w.e.f 1st April, 2017, Indian Accounting Standard is becoming effective on our Company. Hence, as per Circular No: CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016, dated 5th July, 2016 (Clause 2.6.1(i) & 2.7), we are allowed to submit our Unaudited Financial Result and Limited Review Report of 30th June, 2017 by 14th September, 2017.
    We will submit the same within the stipulated period. This is for your information and record.
