2. Approved (subject to approval of shareholders in the annual general meeting) revision in remuneration of Mr. Om Prakash Maheshwari, Whole time director of the Company.
3. Approved (subject to approval of shareholders in the annual general meeting) revision in remuneration of Mr. Nawai Kishore Maheshwari, Whole time director of the Company subject to approval of shareholders in the general meeting.
