| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/03/2016 15:36:14 | TVS Motor Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2016, has declared second interim dividend, for the financial year ending March 31, 2016, at the rate of Rs.1.50 per share (150%) on 47,50,87,114 equity shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 85.07 Cr, including dividend distribution tax.
The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after March 23, 2016.
