Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and others as mentioned in the said Code from January 23, 2017 to February 01, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
