Further, in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in RCF's Equity Shares/Securities will remain closed for all Directors/ Employees of the Company during the period from 27th July, 2017 to 13th August, 2017 (both days inclusive).
