Eros International Media Ltd replied stating "We hereby submit our clarification that the comments made during media interactions are part of business plans of Eros International Group. These plans are not concrete and may or may not fructify in the future and/or could be executed by Eros International Plc, ultimate holding company of Eros International Media Limited.
Should there be any material development that requires disclosures, the Company will inform the exchanges before the same is made public." |
