| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abirami Financial Services India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 28, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2010, the Profit & Loss account as on that date along with the Schedules and Notes forming part of the accounts, Director's Report, Auditor's Report, Balance Sheet abstract and Company's general business profile and Cash Flow Statement.
2. Re-appointed Mr. K.V. Aiyappan, Mr. V. G. Sureshkumar & Mr. T. V. Srinivasan as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointed R. Bhaskar & Co, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditor of the company in the place of Mr. K. C. Sthalasayanam, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on a remuneration as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
4. Appointed Mr. U. K. Selvathilak, as a director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
5. Re-appointed Mr. P.Sankaran as Executive Director of the Company for a period of One Year with effect from June 19, 2010 on remuneration, the terms and conditions. |
