- To approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 as required under Listing Agreement.
In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
