1. Reduction of paid up capital of the Company by reducing the paid up value of each equity share.
2. Reduction in face value of preference shares and conversion into equity shares after such reduction in face value.
3. Raising fresh equity capital by issue of QIP, preferential allotment, FCCB Bonds, rights issue. |
