Further the Company has informed that, Agreement for Sale, executed on July 27, 2006, to sale the Dharuhera land, Rewari of the Company, to the Lapp India Pvt Ltd., Bangalore for the sale consideration of Rs 8 Cores and same has been fully realized by the Company after the execution of Sales Deed on May 23, 2007. |
