    Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the following resolutions, by way of Postal Ballot, with overwhelming:

    1. Special Resolution to alter the main objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

    2. Ordinary Resolution to transfer the Company's Citizen Services Division and Banking Solutions Division to its wholly owned subsidiaries pursuant to Section 293(1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956.

    3. Ordinary Resolution to amend the Articles of Association of the Company.
