"The Company has during the quarter under review disposed off at mutually agreed price, whole of the investment in three of its wholly owned subsidiaries namely Agile Properties Ltd, Consolidated Buildwell Ltd and Consolidated Realtors Ltd to Related Parties as defined in Accounting Standard-18 issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India." |
