1. This is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 13 November 2017 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2017.
2. This is for the information of all the 'specified persons' that Trading Window shall remain closed from 09 November 2017 to 16 November 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September 2017 for the Board Meeting to be convened on 13 November 2017. Thus, 'specified persons' are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares during the said period.
