- Upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has re-appointed Mr. Praful N. Satra as Managing Director w.e.f. May 13, 2016 for a period of 5 years subject to approval of Shareholder's at the next General Meeting of the Company. The present term of Mr. Praful N. Satra as Managing Director ends on May 12, 2016.
