Further, as per Bhagyanagar India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr. Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from October 29, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. |
