| Exchange Disseminated Time | Usha Martin Education & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on August 06, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as that date together with the Schedules thereon, the Report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Prashant Jhawar & Mr. Rahul Chaudhary, as a Director of the Company.
3. M/s S Swarup & Co., Chartered Accountants, be and are hereby appointed as the Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and that their remuneration be determined by the Board of Directors.
4. Appointment of Mr. Subrata Kumar Mitra,as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
5. Consent of the Company accorded to carry on the business activity of manpower deployment and staffing solutions as covered under the "Other Objects" Clause no. 20 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. |
