The transaction of sale of Company’s Business alongwith the Mumbai Business has closed and completed on February 28, 2012, in accordance with the terms of the BTA and the Mumbai Product Transfer Agreement and the Company has received an aggregate consideration of Rs. 2,216,080,240 for the same.
