| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/11/2016 18:03:13 | Maharashtra Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To adopt Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 in terms with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;
2. To consider the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Choubisa as an Additional Director on the Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Company;
3. To consider appointment of Company Secretary; and
Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from November 05, 2016 and would open on November 16, 2016, i.e., 48 trading hours after the announcement of results is made to the public. |
