1. Dr. M. U. R. Naidu appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
2. Dr. D. Linga Rao, President (Technical Affairs) appointed as Additional Director of the Company who will be in the wholetime employment of the Company and be designated as Director & President (Technical Affairs).
3. The Board also took on record the acquisition of Natco Organics Limited promoters stake thereby Natco Organics Limited became 100% subsidiary. |
