The renewal/ revalidation of approval/authorisations are sought as required under `Housing Finance Companies issuance of NCDs on private placement basis (National Housing Bank) Directions, 2014. Further we wish to inform that the above approval (renewal) is within the borrowing limit upto Rs.3000 Cr. approved by the members for issue of NCDs on Private placement, at the 29th Annual General meeting of the Company held on 20/07/2016.
