| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/05/2016 10:19:14 | Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at the end of Financial year i.e. March 31, 2016;
2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-2016.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives. |
