| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited ("Manager" to the voluntary open offer) has informed BSE about Voluntary Open offer for Acquisition of up to 15,670,372 equity shares from public shareholders of CRISIL Limited ("Target Company") by McGraw-Hill Asian Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (the "Acquirer") along with S&P India LLC ("S&P India"/"PAC1") and Standard & Poor's International LLC ("S&P International"/"PAC2") and McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. ("McGraw Hill"/"PAC3")
in their capacity as persons acting in concert (each entity individually referred to as "PAC", and together, referred to as "PACs") with the Acquirer pursuant to and in compliance with, amougst others, Regulation 6 read with Regulation 13(4), 14, 15(2) and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited has submitted to BSE a copy of Public Announcement issued as required under Regulation 14(3)4 of the SEBI Takeover Regulations. |
